First Plus offers homeowner loans allowing you to borrow between up £5000 to £100,000 with a maximum repayment period from 5 to 25 years. With a secured loan First Plus allows its customers to borrow up to 125% of the value of their property subject to status over a timescale ranging from 3 to 30 years.
